Our Roots
It started in late 1996 as a project of the Protestant Lawyer’s League of the Philippines – Cebu Chapter after finding the need to provide development legal assistance for children during a consultative meeting with child-focused NGOs. It was later registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as a separate entity in 1997, implementing its own programs.

Empowering childrenand communities while engaging with law enforcement, prosecution, courts, rehabilitation, local government units and private sector for the protection of rights and attainment of justice for children.
